  • Mission

    The mission of the American Inns of Court is to foster excellence in professionalism, ethics, civility, and legal skills. The Earl Warren Inn was founded by Federal District Court Judge D. Lowell Jensen, the late California Superior Court Judge Stanley P. Golde, and Attorney Jules Bonjour, in order to further this mission within the Bay Area legal community. Learn More.

  • Membership

    The membership consists of 80 lawyers, judges, and law students. The membership is widely diverse, bringing together Federal, State, Appellate and Superior Court judges, large firm partners and associates, sole practitioners, City Attorneys, County Attorneys, District Attorneys, Public Defenders, and in-house counsel .   • Award-Winning Programs

    Programs by the Earl Warren Inn explore ethics, diverse areas of substantive and procedural law, trial techniques, or contemporary topics of interest in American law. Many programs have received awards from the national body of the American Inns of Court. Learn more.
