President: Hon. Armando Pastran., Jr, Alameda County Superior Court
The President steers the organization and acts as the chief liaison for the Inn members.

President-Elect:  Alexis Krieg, Esq.
The President-Elect will be President during the 2024-2025 term.  This Executive Board Member assists with special projects and attends the Executive Board Meetings to become familiar with the functions and duties of the President and the Executive Board.

Immediate Past President:  Adam Carlson, Esq., Walnut Creek, CA
The Past President acts as the first backup to the President and aide to the other chairs.

Treasurer:  Garvey Vincent, Esq.
The Treasurer acts as the chief accountant for the Inn's members.  Developing a budget, collecting dues, and paying bills are the main functions of this position.

Secretary:  Elizabeth Lockwood, Esq. 
The Secretary acts as the primary record keeper regarding Executive Board actions.  The Secretary is present at the Executive Board meetings.  This Board member keeps and disseminates the minutes of each meeting to all the Executive Board Members.

Executive Board Members At Large help steer the organization and provide direct support to the various officers and chairs of the organization.
